im thinking of sprayin my front grill in wicked red same colour as my car but dont know weather to primer it once or give it a few coats then the red colour! do you think it will look alright or not to bother!? cheers

#2you should always prime first give the job a better finish

#4you need to score the drill first use a scouring pad (only lightely though)
good clean using pannel wipe
make sure its all dry
3 or 4 coats of primer
4 or 5 coats of paint
4 or 5 coats of laquer
in between each got leave 10 - 20 mins depending on how heavy the coats are
leave a few hours for primer to dry before applying paint
start applying laquer when paint is slightly tacky
leave to dry as long as possible
