There's been a few posts about these, they are basically resistors that you can buy for about 10p at your local hardware store. The only purpose they serve is to fuck up your engine. Have a search for ebay chips and you'll find some more information on them.

this should give you a little more poke mate i had one on my car before getting a proper rolling road remap the guy showed me the power curve of this, the standard map and my new rolling road map and this little fella here was set for extreme acceleration and was quite a decent map he reconned for as far as chip's go increased limiter if need aswell

Theyre no good, some are prone and have been known to catch fire in the past from what ive heard.

they are absolute bullshit. i fitted 1 on, car started injecting 2 much fuel and cudnt get past 2500revs.pinking. took it off and car worked perfect.they dont work and as sed b4, they r just a 10p resistor in a fancy box!!!!

they are supposed to trick the car into thinking that it is cold.. thereby increasing the amount of fuel injected. On our modern engines the lamda sensor will detect that the mixture is rich and try to correct.
IMO Best case it will do nothing, worst case it will fuck up your engine.
