gearbox problem! in 106 no3

   well in my latest 106, (mk1 )
   
   the gearobx feels realy sloppy compaired to what my other 2 had in fairness they have been newer and 1 only has 12k on the clcok but my other has 130k and still feels smoother than this 1
   
   its a 1.0 4 speed and its realt hard to get 3rd gear well tbf it only goes in if its realy forsed so i was thnking mabe a new clcutch and or gearlinkages..... or dependent on prices/hassel of getting a new box/re con look for a rallye engine and get the conversion done now

   french cars aren't famous for their gearboxes!!! (at least, not in a positive way!)
   
   i can never remember the name, but check out the *thingy* that guides the gears in - are your gears jumping out sometimes???
   
   - my mates 106 is terrible for this!

   linkage?synchro mesh could be gone
