pipercross viper.....

Rite borrowed a pipercross viper today of my friend that has a corsa c 1.8 sri..

its a slightly different design to the saxo on but if you keep the 90 degree bend from the throttle body it can be fitted and works well.

The only problem i am having at the moment is where do i run the ciold air feed to?? ive tried running it straight down towards the floor (didnt think it would work but tried it anyway.....and no it was shit. now its just sort of lingering in the engine bay....

if anyone has one or similar (bmc etc) where have you run the cold air feed to and what sort of difference have you had in performance??

    cheers

o right how have you done that then ? because you cant fix it to the grill, due to the fact it moves when you open the bonnet ?

does any one reccomend these induction kits as i can get one quite cheep instead of getting a bmc etc.

there quite good really mate. never had a bmc so cant really compare. im finding thattheres not a big difference at low revs but gives you a bigger kick in the arse from about 4500 upwards...

saying that though u have a vtr so might be completely different....
