no point as you have to clean the inside because of the brake dust and stuff so it has to be new wheels(but i do if there clean) and i never yet touch wood got runs at any point of a respray EVER

depends what you define as a good job?or example if 2much thinners are mixed with the paint a week later the paint may start to react even though it looks very shiney and no runs!! theres alot of things you have to think about when spraying them,i would do them for 45-50 a wheel which i think is fair.

well i done 5 sets of wheels and no one had a bad thing to say about it,so i geuss i did every thing right on them,i use cans as im good with them and dont get runs due to not putting to much on first layer of colour(after primer) so you recon its to cheap for me to ask 20 a wheel?

expect about £40+ a wheel
rockov you may do them for £20 a wheel but would you have guantee and do you have overheads like proper garages have thats why they charge so much

the reason for places charging £40+ a wheel is they would need to pay employees, bills etc

post some pictures of the wheels, I take it you are not using 2k lacquer as your not using a gun. I cant see a realy good shine coming out of a spray can tbh.
