newbie just needing a bit of advice re ABS light

   Hi
   
   I'm off to look at a saxo VTS tomorrow, it looks to be in good nick but the owner has said that the ABS light sometimes comes on and that its down to some dirt in a sensor?
   
   Is this a common problem or could there be anything more sinister? Car has had new discs and pads recently so it shouldnt be a wear issue

   Most probably a sensor issue. Find out how much 4 sensors cost then knock him down on price.

   if its just dirt in the sensor tell him to slean it

   as hessle said get him to fix it or new sensor will be about 90 new but it needs to go on a computer to see which one it is (£30) or could be more than one
