Cigarette Lighter

   Hi there, I have just removed my dash trim to spray silver.
   
   I'm having trouble removing the blue plastic bit where the bulb is on the cigarette lghter. How do i remove this?

   just mask over it and peel off at the end, do 2 layers of masking tape
   
   trust me this works mine looks sweet, ill get some pics up if i can later for you, i know many people that have tried way to hard to get this off and broke the cigarette lighter.
   
   tis a lot easyier and makes no difference if you remove it or not

   its an absolute nightmare to get the ciggarette lighter out, but it does come out, just mask it up as said if your not confident

   Yeah couldnt figure it out myself so in the end i just masked over it. I've finished primering the dash now anyway. Will let it dry properly overnight then apply some colour to it tomorow.

   dont forget laquer or however you spell it makes all the difference :thumbsup:
