16" Alloys And lowering by 40 mm????

   Right i got a 1.1 standard body work saxo. i currently have 16's on it which rub a bit but i have solved the problem by puting 3 mm wheel spacers on it but now i want to lower it by 40mm what is the chances of this working i dont really if i can help it start to cut away cheers

   You will have to 'Roll' the arches 100% positive of this.
   
   It involves folding up the inner lip of the rear arches as this will rub constantly on the tyres.
   
   Its not too costly to do

   Right ok it is just the front which is bothering me do you think if i just had the front lowered by 35mm say would look alryt

   the front will be fine 40mm on 16's its the back what will give you problems mate im down 40mm front and 50mm back and the back is rubbing terrible on my rear arches

   But do you think it would look alryt if just to front was lowerd????? As i dont have to time at the mo to roll back and cut arches thought please?? Would it look strange or alryt
