is this a good suspension kit for a saxo vts, ive already had it lowered 40mm on standard saxo suspension, would this make a good difference.

Yes mate, VSXs are very good kits

dont expect much for 150, aim higher (koni sport)

Well its good if you just want it lowered with a decent ride, obviously for harder driving and/or track use your looking at big money and Koni sports or Billsteins etc

spax are not the best for the saxo, their springs are too soft and their dampers arnt much better either, if you want to lower your car without loosing suspension e.g. you dont want it bouncing over every bump, then you need to look at koni kit or bilstein with eirb springs/falkners.

so koni is the best set up to go for, what is the usual price of that kit, think POTN.com do it for about £350, any other companies that are cheaper?

you can pic a koni sport kit for around 280 maybe cheaper, its a case of shopping around.

i ahd spax a couple of year ago on mine and on track teh understeer was pretty bad!!!
got the konis on now and the ride and handling is alot better.

    i meant amount, lol

a decent set of coilovers are gonna be double that price and the likelyness of you altering the ride are very small. if you want the best go bilstein shocks, custom springs- will set you back about 500

    540 actually

i got blistein set up from gmc and i got there 40mm springs from there, sold them and got custom springs

if your not going on track i would think that the gmc springs are good enough for your car
