VTR Side Badges

  1. #1
    Hey hey,

I brought a pair of VTR side badges (halfrauds specials) to replace the existing shagged ones.

After removing i noticed a hole in both sides of the trim at the front end. obviously this was covered by the big badges which fit nicely into that square.

Not wanting for it to get ruined ive covered it with lekkie tape for now but im wondering if theres any kind of cap i can buy to just pop in there, to be fair i aint bothered about getting it professionally filled etc etc just a cap would be nice?

    cheers,

    Rich

thats what the badges are for, to cover it up.

your being a bit paranoid dont ya think?

its just a wee hole which is covered by the badge anyway.

well my new badges dont cover it. Im just thinking over time with the hole open the trim will fill up with water ¬_¬ Ill just whip up something on the lathe wat work monday i spose.

just get them smoothed over so you cant tell, or do it your self with some plastic filler and some tin paint

They will not be exactly the same if purchased from Halfrauds. Citroen is your best bet. I bought some 16v badges from Halfrauds. They were a different size to the originals. Decided to take them all off in the end.

The side badges... do they just pop off with a screw driver or something a long those lines? I want to be a rebel and replace VTR badges with 1.1 or just saxo' ones. cheers.
