I found the stamp BCW on the wheels. After a google search I found some steffan bcw, but not the same wheels. Look like a mix between brock and steffan wheels. Here is the picture with the centercap on. :

even the centre caps are the same as the brock's. it just looks like someone has painted over the middle part of the centre cap

Here is my car on 45mm eibach springs with the wheels fitted I haven't lowered the car in the back yet, but it's standing in a downhill with the handbrake on So u get the idea on how it's going to be.
