alright ppl im meshing my mk2 front grill and i done it the way it says in the haynes max power manual but iv seperated the 2 peices and cut the slats out but how do i get the 2 bits back together?

im quite sure they dont just come apart and go back together again. you will probly have to glue it.
if you do make sure you use a strong glue for plastics. as ads said, tigreseal will probly do the job.

cheers everyone it does say in the manual that it solders back together but i cant see how it can :-S were can i get tigerseal from n how much is it?

its about £8 for a large tube iirc
can be bought from halfords, DIY stores etc. you may even be able to get some of ebay

Yer tell me about it, my girlfriend bought me the Max Haynes the same weekend I bought my S, and yer its handy but its not quite detailed enough. You always find there's at least one or two pic's missing that you need to complete the job.

yeah its pants i thought meshing the grill will only take an hour or so and its been about 2 days n i still dont no how the hell to get it back together! lol fink i might jst buy a dimma grill! anyone got one for sale???
