   iam intrested in geting a cam shaft now and was looking on citunings web site and they do cam shafts (or should i say shaft vtr) 155 for a fast road one what do you guys think ? whats the products like build quilaty etc. plus is my car (mk2 vtr) roller or non roller cam shafts

   im looking to get some cams in mine this year too mate, its not really a hard job, but you have to tighten bolts up in the correct order when taking them according to the haynes, 155 seems a good price too

   i ordered an air filter from them about a year ago and had no problems at all, i spoke the them last year at FCS and they seemed ok aswell

   for that price i'd say reprofiled, in which case avoid.

    ive just looked at it on there site, says its 100 pound off. but as scott says get the spec of the cam- lift-duration etc so you know exactly what your getting

    'fast road' is just sales talk it means nothing. ask them for full specs
