Where do you get them? I dont really like the orange ones comapared to the clear ones (in the headlights) and Ive got to take my lights apart anyway cause moisture be gettin in and im going to seal them properly.

#2It's only the bulb that is amber. Lens is clear. You cab buy silvatec bulbs that appear silver but flash amber. Look miles better than standard bulbs
-
#3the later lights came with clearer lenses
-
#4Earlier lights are more of a yellowish tint to the lens. Late Mk2 has the clear lens. However you cannot just buy these lenses as a spare part unfortunately, you're stuck with them unless you want to buy a full new light unit

#5You sure mate cus when i removed the clear lenses they were amber and they were no where near the bulb?
-
#6Ah cheers. Thats a tad gay though. Down the scrappy me tinks
-
#7Yep scrappy is the best way. Citroen want about £60 per headlight unit, but from a scrappy if you can find a late mk2 one you can pick up a pair for about £40-£50tops

#8I was thinkin more along the lines of finding a front end damaged one with the indicator lesns intact possibly? I know 4 people who have written off their VT's in the last few months and i think all their cars went to the same scrappy down the road. Will go for a good browse tommorow. Could hopefully get them off ebay cheaper too as ive heard some go for 25. Would rather just nab the indicators though really lol. Would leave you all rep but ive already rep'd you all recently

#9Sometimes the lense can go Milky and give a funny tint to the lense, had this happen to my V-reg S, drove me made everytime I looked at it so I ended up getting Black Headlights as the lense were Milky and the glass was bit rough.
Not the cheapest way of doing it but cant beat new glass :-)
