gmc manifold

    just a couple of questions:
how good is the gmc manifold?
    how much?
what about the lambda sensor, what happens when the cat isn't there?
how much bhp will this give?
what about my 0-60, will it improve?
will it fit to a vtr 2003 model?
    shall i get it?

    thank you

how good is the gmc manifold? - very
how much? - about £200 delivered
what about the lambda sensor, what happens when the cat isn't there? lambda sleeve from gmc, give them a call, tell em what car you have and they will tell you what you need
how much bhp will this give? - depends what else you've got done. maybe 2-3bhp.(remember how much the power is standard before you think thats a pathetic increase)
what about my 0-60, will it improve? - yes,a fair amount
will it fit to a vtr 2003 model? -yes
    shall i get it? -yes
do i have to reposition my oil filter? - think you do on newer models, they supply the kit
is it easy to fit on? -easy ish. may have to bore out the mounting holes at the top,but thats not a problem

or if you get the new stainless steel one, its about 300 odd but you wont have to buy the filter repostioning kit.
