omp Brake discs

    Does anyone is familiar to these brake discs from omp?
    theses are for saxo, 106, ...

    Are they good?

    if your keeping the same size discs id just get standard, if you want better braking you want bigger discs, i wouldnt bother

    bigger brakes are all about bleeding off heat. Personally i'm not a fan of drilled holes.

    On my 205 Rallye i regualarily outbraked brembo / big disc converted cars with halfords brake disks and race pads (to cope with the heat)
    Good fluid like castrol super dot 4 is essential but the secret is sticky tyres. Yoko 048R Medium compound being my current fav

    i have used the OMP discs and pads in standard vts size on a full day at cadwell park. never had any brake fade or loss of braking power.

    Just out of interest how much are they? Also what do you guys recemend for upgrading the front discs do I try to get some from a 206gti or something like that (Im looking to get better breaks that won't fade as bad for the Nurburg trip)

    Are they drilled or grooved? and do you have a website? and is that including pads/ calpiers (not sure do you need calipers changing for that size)

    they include calipers with new but standard discs and pads.

    So there bigger calipers to fit the bigger discs and should be better cooling as there bigger that right? is monkey_motorsport.co.uk your site then Williams?

    why pay £140 for standard size discs when you can get a big brake kit off me for £180?

    your door, they will improve your braking a lot, dont waste your money on

    discs its the larger calipers that are going to stop you better
