   What's the £200 for? Just the lowering springs/kit or that PLUS the price of having the car lowered? If it's an all in price then you'll be able to pick up some 40mm lowering springs for no more than £50 and then expect to pay no more than £150 to have it lowered
   
   You don't "need" a kit if you're only going down 40mm.
