Started the Diet

   Been meaning to do this for awhile but for some reason I kept puttin it off,
   
   But the S has been to weight watchers and got a nasty telling off so,
   
   Out came the back seats, parcel shelf, trolly jack and generally loads of stuff I was carryin about for no reason at all, After all if you've got a space you normally tend to put stuff in it.
   
   
   
   If you look carefully your see Im still carryin Oil, Water, WD40, AntiFreeze and a small tool kit but Ive been caught out in the past too many times so they stay.
   
   Its not much but its a start, might go further but for now Im loving the extra rasp from my Janspeed
   
   It took abou half hour, be quicker if you could read a haynes before starting, Dead simple and yes I think there might be a slight performance increase

   nice mate, nothing wrong with the tool box there in mine too, think i could strip mine like that in about 5 minutes the amount of times ive stripped my car lol

   you done need a show cage get a proper cage put in and aint it white

   Hmmmm, OMP do a show cage and it goes across the lower parts of the doors from about 1/3 the way up the Mid section then across the door to the lower point of the foot well.
   
   £259 or something but they look well smart, would like to carry on the Silver and Black theme with a Black cage - Safe Devices do Black cages and their pure Sex. Break the bank tho :-)
   
   As soon as Id stripped it My missis goes 'so you going to order one of them chrome roll cages?' - I was so proude of her I nearly cry'd :-)

   Yer strange overcast light made the inside look white.
   
   Think your rite about gettin a proper cage tho, see how my mullars go ordered my suspension and lower strut brace this afternoon, my Poly bushes arrived this morning and Im still tryin to sort out my GTi/Rallye Anti Roll Bar so cage mite have to wait couple months :-)

   nice mate, defnately get a proper roll cage, for the price of the show cage you may as well spend a bit more and get the real deal
