Opinions on Janspeed

I'm looking to buy a Janspeed cat-back system (de-cat at a later date)for my VTS. Can anyone advise me on quality, sound, power gains etc. Cheers

If any1's interested, I went ahead and bought the mild steel Janspeed cat abck, and have finally fitted the whole lot.

It fits very well, but build quality is poor. The welds are untidy and the general condition in below wot i was expecting.

No noticable gains in performance really, but sound is good and not boomy.

My advice would be to save for a stainless system, or go for Piper, as i was going to originally. I've heard good things about them.

Best place to go is exhausts.co.uk, they can build anything you want, they built the awsome quad motorbike exhausts on the Maxpower project astra.

get yaself a big 5 inch tailpipe a lot beta than all these tiny things around

Cheers for the advice, but space is limited in the recess on the Dimma rear bumper - there's very little room for movement with the 3.5" dia tailpipe as it is.

If money wasn't an object, i'd have bought something better, believe me.
