manifold info??

   im getting a sports manifold for my vts, 4branch i think. whats a good make and how do i fit it?? what are good makes of manifold to?? just general help please on a new manfold

   could go for a raceland have a look in the stickys and it will tell you all you need to know and pm kamracing about ordering one

   Supersprint, gmc or raceland seem to be the most popular.
   
   Search for manifold threads as this is asked on a daily basis.

   Been covered a couple of times mate try the search button alternatively
   Check these ones out
   
   Gmc 4-1- i think this is the best performance wise for a vts
   Miltek do a nice manifold they generally a 4-2-1 design
   Pro-tech not well known i have one on my vtr its really good but not had anything else to compar with you can get these on ebay 4-2-1 design
   And i think the best value for money would be the raceland 4-2-1 i think they are around £150 what is a little cheaper than the other 3 listed

   whats the difference with the 4-2-1 and the 4-1. im guessing the 4-1 is better!! are more expensive, wats a price for a 4-1 manifold and fitting, hard?? easy?

   The difference is mate the 4-1 helps give you more power higher in your revs and the 4-2-1 give you more low down power hence more acceleration

   The price's range i think from £150-250 some may be more but you can pick a pro tech up for £175 i think or a raceland for £150 miltek one is the most exspensive
