Rear Badges

has any one eva changed the rear badges fomr being citreon on one site and saxo on the other side to somthingk else like vtt badge or 16v badge or wot not ??? if so any change of getting some pictures up jsut looking at different ideas!!!

ive got standard badges on atm but ive got some spares ones ive prayed black but dunno if i will change them for it?

i like chrome badges lol

imo you should remove the badges completely i think it looks better with none on the back

I think someone changed them to a different style of writing and it looked gash imo.

Ive seen the saxo one changed for a 16v one and the Citroen one replaced with a chrome Citroen badge of the boot of the C4, looked very well but i cant find pics. You should go for that, looks much better than the standard

just put the sprayed black ones on mate, you have seen mine and they match the icelandic grey very well

I changed mine to 'Citroen' of a Picasso 'Sport' Halfords Renault Cilo style and on the other side 'VTS' off the current C2.

Bit of a out of date picture but thats just after Id fitted em, I quite like em but I know LOADS of people think I should be Shoot ! hehehehe
Plus I wont even mention what they said about my spoiler, Their names are on the list and their numbers marked :-P hehehehehe

I think maybe they get abit lost on the silver but I can just see them on a Blue Sax looking sweet.

when you remove them why do they have holes on the car???thought they were just stuck on.

the holes are locating pegs, basically there for to help the alignment of the badges so they look straight

u just have to prise them off. cant member how i did my citroen one but got two o the pins out without them breakin. just broke the 3rd one
used the sticky backed letters you get to cover the holes

best wat is to wash your car as normal dry it off etc, then use an old credit card and prise them off that way, thats the way i did it and it took about 5 mins

my car isnt a vtr but i really like the look of mtpagey vtr badge and they maybe on the other side have puzzledzippy saxo letters??

not to my taste, i prefer no badges at all or painted standard ones

tell you what get some tcut on the badges you have now, the tcut will rub the chrome bits off them leaving them all black

Legend, will do that tommorae saves me the whole spraying job. Just standard T-CUT in the red bottle yeah, ive never actually used it as its shite. Would white spirit or some other household stylee stuff work?

They were £1.49 each i think, i just got them from my local car shop/motor shop. Hope i helped

ive sprayed ma rear badges black now and i have jsut brought and recieved today 2 16v badges

gonna stick them on like a vts (dont care if u like them or not) i love the 16v badge.

right shall i keep them silver/chrome wot eva the colour is.... OR shall i spray them black like the badges becasue ive seen some1 do it on there iclantis grey vts and il looks mint so i thinking i shall do it unless some1 fink it will look silly.

Loads of people still believe if its not the standard badges then its wrong.

But as long as you like it who cares :-P

Some can look alright others (I agree) look pants, mine have been on so long I don't even notice em now :-)

If I decide to remove my spoiler I'll sourch a hatch off a base model and probbaly just wet'n'dry em back to black

I used scratch remover on my badges, took a while but they eventally turned black they look ok too, ill try and post pics over the weekend

well ive sanded them down and applyed a few layers of primer to them now so 2mora or sunday maybe a good time to start spraying them black then monday will laquer!!

i sprayed my rear badges a few weeks ago but the problem was i dropped the saxo one whilst it was wet and got loadz of bits on it so i sanded them down and being a novice i primed them again the primer started to crack in places so i thought ill alppy abit more but didnt work so ill haev to wait until they are dry then sand down and start again

ya there anit any 16v badges on it atm so i brought 1 pair pretty cheap off ebay so thuoght ill spray them balck im gonna let the primer dry over night then spray them black soooon

i think they will look pretty good if im honest and they are gona be same colour as my rear badges aswell.

i sin some on ebay and i emailed the guy cuz they didnt sell on ebay and i sed to him cuz they didnt sell did u wanna give them me for free

thought ill be abit cheeky lol and he asked me for ma address and he send them me fro free i ws like sorted ill try a few fings so i sprayed them a few colour but balck is defo gona be the best so basiclly mate answer to ya question is i got some spare ones lol and sprayed the spare ones if u wait a whils i sell u mine very very cheap lol
