Bucket Seats ’n Turbo

Hey all, got a couple of quickies for ya. First off i got an '03 plate VTS n am avin prob's fittin a couple of bucket seats due to the fact the original seats have the side airbags! Is there a way around fittin the new seats without messin up the whole airbag system??

Secondly any one know of a reliable garage who are willing to fit a turbo kit to the VTS and what am i gonna be expected to pay??

think citunning is the garage that does the turbo conversions now as dp motorsport has closed.

As for the bucket seats have a look in the how to guides and i hope that helps

Ashford Motorsport do turbo conversions but their website isnt running at the mo. They did a conversion to a 106 Gti and it looked superb. Thinking about it for my vts too! Not sure if Cituning do vts conversions yet. They do vtr turbos.

Yeh it was in performance gti a while back. Looked shithot to. 200odd bhp.

DP motorsport has not closed they have just stopped doing turbo conversions for saxos, though if you offer them enough money they probably would do it.

TO kepp the airbag system intact you would need to unbotl the pretensioners off the origional seats and bolt them to the new subframes, if the side air bags were in the old seat then they will obviously become redundant
