  4. #4
no i mean like voltage and vaccum the side ones

you have probably seen my gauge, id just get a volt gauge and maybe a tachometer
  6. #6
yeh i have i like it and whats the tachometer do and are they easy to fit?
  7. #7
its a rev meter, the volt gauge was really simple to fit i havent fitted a tachometer though so im not sure about them
  8. #8
o rite thanks am gona get a volt one ill see about another 1
  9. #9
just get what you think you will need tbh
  10. #10
get a volt opne and maybe a oil pressure one, get some digital ones or white ones. mount them in a pillar pod

i'm not overly keen on the digi ones to be honest, but i supose it depends on what look you want to go for.
i like to see the needle move about, i think its easier to get a reading, but thats just me!

find out if a rev counter will work properly before you buy one. on some 1.0 and 1.1 i believe they only show half the actual revs. there was a big thing on SSC about it, but that was the old forum so it might have gone now.

oil temp would be useful, but again, i dont think there is anywhere to put the sensor to get a temperature reading on a 1.1, only the VTS. i think!

i've got volt gauge in mine and a vacuum gauge that i've mounted in the centre console. i'm not saying the vacuum gauge is exactly important, but it looks good lol
click my sig if you want to see some pics of it.

you cannot fit a tachometer if your car is a 1.1 mk1, it will not read correct revs
