id get the drill with a wire brush out and give it a going over then to get all rust and paint off, sand dow for a nice surface prime it then put some paint and laquer on, i dont think it matters about what paint you use really, just put a good few coats of laquer on it though

    good point

Its just the two bolts and give it a good pull

lol at give it a good pull

right take the oil cap off (dont no if it causes a vacuum if its still on but i did it), undo the 2 bolts, and unclip the oil breather pipe by pushing the coloured bit in, once off be careful taking it off as theres two spacers and if you drop them anywere your buggered especially if they go into the cams, they shouldnt as theres a plate on there too, once thats off take the spacers and plate off, take the rubber seal/gasket off the old one (if fitting a new rocker cover) and put on the new one, id recommend you get a new seal/gasket

to put back on you may have to take the coil pack off as its a more fiddly to get in than take out, theres 2 nuts either side undo them and pull the coil pack out, then put it all back,

they go back in this order - Plate- Spacers - Rocker Cover - Nuts
