35mm for handling, 50mm for looks, depends what you want i suppose.
i'd personally go for 50mm with 15's.

just had mine done 35 mm's looks good and sits well nice on 14" standards!!

my vtr is lowered 35mm on the 14's wheels with eibach pro kit springs and it handles really good, it looks good as well.
