206 gti brakes under 14inch wheels

   any 1 know if 106 rallye wheels will fit over 206 gti brakes????

   266mm brakes fit under 14" wheels.

   nope, 206 gti brakes are 266mm.

   are the picasso/xsara and berlingo all 266?

   this is a serious qustion. does the extra 7mm radius actually make a difference? is it really that noticable?

   yes, they are wider aswell.

   i just didnt know if it was worth spending the money on breakes that you wont really notice are better?

   to be totally honest my mk2 vts standard brakes feel better than the 106 gti with the 206 gti brake set up

    probably aren't bled properly.

    Ive heard this. is it true. cos if you go to a scrappy and ask for GTi breaks they charge a fortune. but if you want berlingo breaks they arent so bad.

    Lol i dont intend uprating my brakes. as my car isnt fast enough. and i dont intend making it any faster. it stops well enough now.

    just get discs and pads on a furio, unless u drive like a hero then uprate it all.
