   ok so ive alot about this but i havent got a clue what it does basicly what is the theory behind it and what performance gains are you looking at

   what it does is opens the ports up abit and polishes the tunnels so the air flows easier and quicker good mod for cams give better increase in power.

   so its not worth doing unless you get cams

   you see more of the difference with cams in.

   How much will it do (bhp) wise with and without cams?

   It's not giving bhp. It's giving better response. That's one of the things you must do if you put cams.

   i think there no point doin it unless you get cams I think anyway cus it the cams that will be the major improvement and the head polish just assists it i think
