Spare Wheel Strap/Tie Down

   Im after a Spare Wheel Strap/Tie Down, before I go any further I am quite aware you can get an OMP item off eBay but I cant get one as my paypal account is playing up, Ive look around and there pretty hard to find.
   
   Anyone know where I can get one over the counter? as My motors going in to have the centre section removed and while its up in the air I'll get the bloke to remove the spare wheel cage as I want to show the wheel off in the car
   
   The car goes in on the 9th so I need one by then so the spare wheel isnt rolling around in the back.
