    Ready

    1)Disconnect the battery neg lead

    2)Open the tailgate

3)Remove both rear light units (say if you need help on this)

4)To improve access, chock the front wheels, then jack rear of the car up and support it on axel stands

5)Remove the wheel arch liners (say if need help on this)

6)Unscrew the bumper securing bolt from below each rear light aperture, remove the bolt furthest to the rear - the innermost bolt secures the bumper inner section to the rear.

7)Working under the rear of the car, remove the bumper securing bolt from each front edge of the bumper.

8)Also under the rear, remove the two bolts under the rear edge of the bumper

9)Gently pull the end of the bumper outwards from the vehicle bodywork

10)Pull the bumper rearwards and remove from the car!

Good luck mate, im totally useless with stuff like this!
Cant follow instructions at all. I need pics like Lego.

i follow instructions to a certain level, like to figure it out myself, i would start undoing bolts on the bumper, obvously not random bolts then start trying to pull it off then if something is holding it just undo that aswel

Hi mate, sorry for the late reply....decided to wait till the evening to start it - the guide was excellent...no breaking any fixings or ruining my bumper! ill put picks up when I get the splitter sprayed and fitted
