Rocker Box Cover

   I have a silver top rocker box cover is already going slightly rusy i found a tin of mahherite in my garage could i use this in my spray gun to paint it any help would be great

   am sure you can use hammerite in the spray guns, i mean they have hammerite in pry cans so i dont see why not, maybe add a bit of thinners to it though

   should be with a good few coats of clearcoat

   Yeah i got 2k clear got will give it a shot tonight and see what happens i should probobly buy a new gasket but will get that later in the week when i go to citroen but saying thats they probs won't have it in stock.

   just give the rust a sand down, the paint will stop the rusting process

   Yeah was going to can i also paint my heatshield with hammerite

   am not sure mate, you can always try i supposed, ive seen them on ebay painted so i dont see why not
