VTS engine, seized up, Price to recondition?

   hi, i have a VTS lump sitting out in the yard and its seized up cas it has been sitting there in the rain and stuff etc.. it look sin okay condition and it has all the wires and ECU and gearbox and has done 33k, was just wondering how much it wuld cost me to recon and fix so it perhaps works again?

   depends on if the bores are shagged.
   
   put some oil down the plug holes and leave it for a while, then try and turn it by hand.. it usually helps a little.
