#2You'd have to use high temperature resisting paint, which i do believe halfrauds and places like that sell. I dont know about the prices though.
-
#3i know but the only thing is i dont think they sell any good colours in high temp paint
-
#4What sortta colours you after then??

#6You dont need to use high temp paint on the rocker, many people have used citroen sprays like posi blue etc and they are fine upto the heats the rocker gets to. Much cheaper too
-
#7Didnt know that ^^. Learn summit new every day. Altho my rocker cover gets very very hot, so u sure??
-
#8Yeah mate i am, as ever willing to be proved wrong but ive seen quite a few done in posi blue and ive read people saying you dont need heat proof paint. Apparently its the same with calipers too
-
#9Oh rite. Not saying i dont believe you. Think i just assumed you could get heat resistant paint in most colours.
-
#10Probably safer with a heat resistant paint. Most normal paints can only take temperatures up to something like 50°C. Halfords have heat resistant paints of up to 150°C in a load of colours. As far as I know, you shouldn't need more than that.
