#2Yes they are.
-
#3Although I have no facts to back that up.
-
#4Obvioulsy they look lower once they settle in and go saggy
-
#5I do find my progress thread i had 60mm springs on my vts and they looked super low if not lower than 60mm!!!
I have seen people post pics of their saxo lowered 60mm and it didnt look as low as mine! -
#6wot springs would you say are the lowest.
-
#7sawn off standards lol. Spax are quite low i think
-
#8In my Punto days Avo were always guaranteed to slam you on your arse but what springs are the lowest is a poor way to decide upon suspension.
-
#9Yeah spax drop like there supposed to!
-
#10I have Spax 50mm on and really like them tbh...
-
#11Spax 50mm ayy, there new out arent they?
-
#12the ones which sit lower sit that way because the bumstops on the shocks have worn away
-
#13should i of changed my bumpstops when fitting springs.... just have standard ones at mo
-
#14you should have changed the shocks never mind the bumpstops, the handling will be awfull on standard shocks
Bilsteins from gmc are the only shocks which are genuinely shorter than standard.
-
#16Yeah but as Sean said it was on standard shocks haha
-
#17mine when it was first lowered with 60mm pi springs on standard shocks (very very old picture lol)
-
#18it should sit lower with after market shocks due to them having a shorter.... ram, cant think properly but you know what i mean!!
-
#19spax do 50mm ??
-
#20springrate might be different, so softer goes lower
-
#21mines sits very low mine is on 60mm spax adjustable shox and springs
