Smoked headlights?

   Cant decide so i once again turn to you lot haha
   
   If i smoke my headlights you think it will look good and go with the black strips, the grill etc etc?
   
   Or will it ruin my clear look? As im deff keeping the mk2 rears and silver vts rims....

   Tough one isnt it!
   
   The smoked lights go with the grill and the strips and they also work with the clear look as they are not all smoked, still some clear left in them!

   Im gonna say yes, but only if you intend on gettin the fogs done mate. I think it makes the saxos look more agressive and much more up to date as most new cars seem to come with smoked headlights now, or at least they have darker areas

   I have had it photo shopped with smoked fogs and side reps aswell as the headlights, but im not going to stick it up because the fogs look over done.

   I'd say no mate, smoked ones are like dark vts wheels now they've been over done imo.

    Do it, I cant stand Silver lights on Silver Saxo's!
    
    Ive got a Silver S - take alook at my progress thread and see what it'll look like. Black headlights updates the Phase2 Saxo Sooooooooooo Much you wouldnt believe. Pair em up with Smoked jewls and your onto a winner.
    
    If you had a different coloured Saxo Id say try colour coding them to the bodywork like Ferreis at the moment which could really give the car a more modern feel, but for silver cars Black headlighs are a most unless your going quads

    I know that im DEF keeping the mk 2 rear lights, same goes with the clear side repeaters.
    
    Im leaning towards the smoked as they are a very nice effect and it isnt the whole light that gets smoked, same goes with the fogs!
    
    Realy cant make my mind up on this one, getting them done isnt a problem as i can do them myself

    Nope my mate with the vts has a mk1 DOH.
    
    Anyway when you fit new headlights its very hard to not brake the clips lol!
    
    Suppose i could do them and if i dont like them, sell them as i think they would sell or even better swap with some one for standard set?

    yeah just spray the ones you have and if you dont like them am sure someone will do a swap with you, you probablies could ask for a bit of cash too

    Smoke the lights and fogs deffinately. It gets rid of that girly look.

    I thought dark lights were ok back in the ol days of 1996 but then I saw a few cars from a distance that looked like the rear lights were missing, never really favoured clear rears either until I got some cheap, I left one standard on and one crome lexus on, hummed and ah'd for a bit and went with the clears, think the go nice with the crome logos and shiny alloys, sod what the sheep think.

    I think smoked looks quite good actually, as it goes with your grill too
