unseizing torsion bar

   what is the best way to unseize the torsion bar so i can pass it on to me mate whos gonna try and do it for me. cheers

   ive heard coke works but giving a good old soaking in WD40 works

   yeah mix coke with wd40 then slap it all around the ends then heat the ends of the torsion bar up with a blow torch and then give it a go, was well stuck when i tried to take it out before mate so might be alot of hasstle as i never seem one that stuck
