manifold mk1 help

   Hi
   I have just bought a manifold mk1 by raceland as I was told I could fit it to my saxo vtr but would need to change the oil filter to a gmc1, I don't know what a gmc1 is and was wondering if anyone could help me?

   You only need to change it if you currently have a cat in the manifold.
   
   You'll need a Mk1 oil filter and filter thread.

   HI Sorry I forgot to mention I have a mk2 saxo vtr, I have bought a mk1 stainless steel manifold that will fit my mk2 but need gmc1 oil filter I was told???
   
   what is a gmc1 oil filter and were do I get one from etc???

   hi the have you got a paper oil filter or and metal oil filter if you have got a metal oil filter the manifold will fit it not you can just remove the paper oil filter unit and fit a metal one like i have hope that helps james

   hi have you got a paper oil filter or and metal oil filter if you have got a metal oil filter the manifold will fit it not you can just remove the paper oil filter unit and fit a metal one like i have hope that helps james

   calm down james we got the message, lol. a gmc one like you mentioned would be from gmc motorsport

   If you get the filter thread and filter from citroen I think the thread is about 4 quid and the filter not much more
