Paint Job Costs

   Just a quick question to any sprayers on here, I want my sax resprayed its original quartz silver and 2 of my arch's need refitting. I was quoted £600 from a friend of a friend. Initialy I thought this was a bit steep but as I dont realy have a clue I just thought id ask on here. Any help appreciated

   i know some1 who got his red turbo resprayed for 800 ... it turned out to be a mess !!
   
   check his work b4hand and also ask if it doesn't turn out quite right if he wil sort any problems

   i can get a respray for 500 and thats a good job, but id deffo check the work out first you dont want any runs or orange peel effect

   i can get one for 300 quid! half your local spray shops wont do full repsrays as theres to much prepping involved! but i once got quoted 2k! i know about 5sprayers! quite lucky really! but they never have time to do ewt for me! wankers!! lol! 600quid is very good price ask around about him, make sure he knows what hes doing!!

    600 is a good quote mate,just remember you get what you pay for,600 can be good and bad,sum people will cut corners and make a pure ass of it,some people that take pride in there spraying will do the same job everytime whatever price they quote!

    i know a guy simon really does do a good job ive had a few jobs done from him he took over the shed at sgbodyworks in dreghorn but hes moved up the road to the industrial estate now.if u want his number gimme a pm and he'l sort u out
