hi there at the mo im dropped 60mm all round with 195/45/15s n lookin to buy some 17s can any one help with some advice on arch mods. thanks

You will need quite a bit of arch work to fit 17's, personally id go for 16's as you dont need arch mods with a 40 profile tyre.

Also search for simialr threads on this as it has been asked before.

its easy to sort the arches, why you would want to however is beyond me.

no full lock, crap handling, dirt in so many places, expensive tyres, just a few reasons why not to.

fronts: take out arch liners, bang as much metal back as possible, esp the seams, cover in hammerite to stop the rust.

rears: take off rear bumper chop the bracket down both on the bumper and the car, andgle grind the lip away and on the inner arch, drivers side may need the fuel tube heating and squishing also.

should take no more than 2-3 hours
