    I love your saxo mate looks stunnin. Id get a dimma grill, smoke the fogs and that would be perfect imo, ie its a big no from me.

    Lol, I've actualy got a 1.1 style Grill at the moment, much like Matts two tone vts, but with the slats left in and the Chevrons matte black!
    
    And smoked fogs are tempting, just havn't got round to purchasing some of a friend or doing them my self. But that aside I quite like the Morettes. It's something different if done correctly.
    
    They'll set me back 180£, then I'd get the edges done silver at the body shop. (I'm lazy ok )

    I'd keep the smoked headlights mate. I only like Morettes when the front end of a car is highly modified, ie front bumper, bonnet etc. Think they look out of place on a standard front end

    Also when coming to sell the car, can all the wiring be put back to standard, as I heard you need to snip and solder wires??

    You do need to snip some wires if you want to use the halos, i never soldered mine. Depends how you wire them. I snipped the sidelights right off so iv only got the halos for sidelights. If you wanted to go back to standard you would just need to remove the halo wires & rewire the side lights back on, would be an easy one to do

    They dont come with instructions but i can guide you through it. Iv been meaning to make a how-to for them for a while now. If you order them take lots of pictures of the back of them & the connections & ill write one

    I thought about a 172 too but instead i think ill cam the vts, should keep me occupied for another year cheaper than buying a 172

    Ahhh but I don't have a vts to start with, and I want all the mod conns like air conn, climate control etc. and I want to be able to survive in a crash more than 30mph.

    i cant be bothered to cam my VTS anymore, as no one'll want it when i come to sell...
    so I thinks...sell it in 2 yrs (2 yrs a long time, may change the mind)
    and buy a 182.

    Im sure you could shift a cammed VTS on here. Theres boutnd to be people looking for a nice kick in the arse upgrate to their furio/vtrs etc
    
    I never noticed yours is a furio danny, get a VTS then & along the road cam it cheaper than a 172 & i still dont believe a 172 will be more fun than a VTS.
    
    + you could revert to std & sell the furio & then have a heap of mods to go on2 ur VTS

    I don't want another saxo though, I'd like something I'd enjoy thrashing, and just driving to work, something comfy. Also i've never driven a VTS, so I wouldn't know what I was missing anyway!
    
    And thats the plan, but to put money towards the 172. I just need to pay a few things off, inc holiday etc.

    Got the same problem matey, cause by the time the car dies I should be able to afford something nice, but then I don't know if I want to keep the car for much longer than another year!!

    Saxo atm does it for me, cheap as chips to run and repair. I just want comforts, leather, aircon etc.

    You can get some nice Mini Cooper S Chili versions for that, they have 220 brake and can prolly beat a CTR 0-60

    Ive always said with mine i wont swap it for anything less than brilliant, my next car will be an Evo or something along those lines. Until then i dont have any need to swap the Saxo-they are only as good as you make them afterall
