   please some help needed!I have done the arches on my vts this weekend following the saxo max power book.Im now ready for 17s im looking at a set on ebay but they are 225 17s thinking they may be 2 wide and would rub?
   
   any idea???

   Saxos are 195 so id say they wont be right. Get lower profile tyres than 45 aswel as im sure they will rub

   my mate has got 205/40/17 on his saxo lowerd he did his arches and help me do mine 2 and hes had a full car and they didnt rub at all but am not sure bot the 225/45 tho!

   what are the actual width of the alloys? not the tyre width

   not sure mate i will need 2 find out u thinkin i can change the tyres on the alloys???

   yeah no reason why you couldnt run 195 40's on them

   can u get 195/40/17 tyres????are they at added cost or the same as 205/40/17?????

   cheers ill have a think if its worth changing all the tyres or just buy new alloys with the right tyres i dont like the wheels that much to change all the tyres,tha will cost me 280 quid and he want 200 for the wheels beta just buyin tsw warriors insteat!
