   Right when they say HID conversion kits do they mean just the bulbs which are like £5 on ebay thats what i got sidelights lights aswell and they aint scatterd

   the whole kits, not just the bulbs mate. the kits retail about 150+ (depending on hi-lo beams)

   Good stuff as they annoy like no tomorrow at night when you see these people with HID light kits but the standard healights blinds everyone as they pass by.

   The thing is if your HID kit is not considered legal then your car is not considered legal, therefore your insurance is invalid.
   
   technically if you went to court then you could come out with a charge of driving without insurance...
   
   6-8 points, upto £5000 fine and risk of disqualification! Just a little heads up people!

    Seriously a 5 year bump? All the laws that were around them back in 2007 have changed now. No hid retro fit kit is legal no matter what it says on the kit. They have to be fitted by factory.
