Forced induction Kit

   From what I've seen am looking at about £200

   £200 sounds about right. If that's the new Green Inductio kit it is a brilliant piece of kit.

   Becareful as I thought mine was going to look like that but, that it did not!
   
   All the Blue Silicone Hoses where bought later and I wasnt overly impressed with the quality of the item seein how much it cost. (I added the VTS badge as well)
   
   
   
   One thing I will say in its defence tho - the RaceLand item which is a fraction of the price - has to have the power steering bottle moved slightly over to the rite to allow the scoop to fit, where as the Green scoop fits no problem whats so ever

   So you get everything you need to fit it though? The breather filter etc?
   
   Where have people bought them from?
   
   Europerformance have them for £171 for the vtr and £140 for the VTS. Will the VTS one fit on a VTR?

   2 of the blue silicone pipes
   breather pipe
   alloy 90degree bend pipe
   green filter

   forgot yours is for a mk1 vtr so slightly csheaper

   mk1s and early mk2s have a 90bhp engine and later mk2s have 98bhp
   
   you can tell the differene with the rocker covers black tops = 90bhp and silver tops = 98bhp
   
   it only applies to VTRs really

    Yeah I know that but whats physically different that makes £40's worth of difference in an induction kit?

    Hmmmm, you seem to get slightly more with the VTR kit than the VTS kit maybe thats why its cheaper

    lol i just think the breather pipe in clear silicone is gay
    
    i wrapped black insulation tape round it for now and get some blue silicone later

    I think these are pony personally and would not waste your money. I had a green one on mine before I changed it for a bmc.
