   What kind of power upgrade would you get from the listed parts on a VTR?
   
   4 - 1 Manifold
   Full System Exhaust -With a fairly standard sized tailpipe
   Cam Kit (fast road)
   Lightened Flywheel
   A forced air sealed induction kit
   
   
   Also what other things can you recommend for power gains, other than turbo convs & throttle body kits!

   120-135 maybe! not sure on def figures! but you could plant a vts in it! then do the following things to a vts! you prob get 160-170 bhp out of a vts! witha remap!!

   when you say forced induction kit what you actually meaning enclosed or turbo?

   Naa not a turbo
   
   one of the BMC CDA kits.

   perhaps 120bhp+ with an ecu remap.
