Fitting a turbo kit

  1. #1
Well ive been doing some research etc to find out whats required for the saxo can someone with a bit of experience or whos done it scan their eyes over my list and give me some advise....

    Manifold
Oil flange pipe and nipple for turbo
    T2 Turbocharger
    Braided pipe for oil
Niple for oil feed in oil pump
    Oil metal pipe for sump
Oil return hose for connect oil pipe of turbo to oil pipe of sump
    Elbow flange
    dump valve
    AFPR
    Stainless Steel 4 Branch Manifold
    Stainless Steel Down Pipe
    Stainless Air Inlet Pipe
    Stainless Steel Boost Hoses
    Silicone Hoses as required
    Intercooler

I think ive covered the required bits...but my q's are..

For the oil pipes do i just bolt them into the sump or does the sax have a pipe i can re-route to the turbo?

Id probably fit an intercooler but not straight away, does it require major body modification? - Id nab one from a Renault 5.

Ive noticed a few people talking about a 5th injector? - Can someone enlighten me...

for the oil for the turbo u need a T-peice so u can take a feed from where the oil pressure switch is, this will supply the oil under pressure to the turbo, on the return u need to weld a peice of pipe to the sump and then run the oil outlet off the turbo to it, make sure the pipe u weld on sits higher than the normal oil level.

next u need to decide if u are gona use either double headgaskets, decompression plate or forged pistons to lower the engines compression ratio.

after that u will need to supply the engine with extra fuel, needing either bigger injectors and a remap or a MF2 & sigcon with an extra injector
