might put a bid on, how much would this go for roughly? also what sort of price would i pay to get it fitted? and can it go strait on or do i need more bits and bobs? cheers

for a poorflow id expect it not to go for that much mate should get it for under 100 anyway

fit it yourself its only bolts and rubbers really, may need gaskets and new rubbers, probablies tie wraps to make sure it sits right

is it any good? i know nothing about car parts etc. will it improve much? also if i was to have that, can i still fit a decat pipe? or is that included in the exhaust in the link?

We have a powerflow on the gti-6 and I have to say its crap, sounds ok but doesnt feel very good.

I think its just down to the way the boxes are constucted and sometimes poorly laidout systems ie 90' bends and stuff.

As long as you keep the cat and dont have it coming striaght outa the manifold all the way back to a large opening back box ie Jap style then your be ok.

You need at least one box in there or a smaller back box otherwise its just gona sound good and not much else

Look for the thread titled Back Pressure - It may help

I know I hated mine before Leo but I loved my Magnex (and miss it now)

Cloud was saying that all Magnex's stick out a bit too much so once you
got all the fitting sorted should look fine!

Wouldnt touch the cheap stuff you have posted up imo.

Alot of buying an exhaust is in how the item looks on the car and nobody can tell you what you like and what you disslike.

Thats the beauty with slightly cheaper brands like Spotex and Peco, they may not be the best performers as some of the more leading brands but they have a huge selection of different tailpipe options for you to chooce from.

Try www.tuning.co.uk fro sportex and www.preformancecentre.co.uk for peco and pretty much everything else

hi if it was me i would have the powerflow one because thay sound good but if you are after power i would get one made and get a 4/1 manifold and remove the cat.

Hmm, cat on or off? Is off better for performance? But it is legal? I know/think it's an mot fail at least?

bit pore power but illegal, no mot either. mine seems to fly through though
