   when i turn my steering wheel my left wheel it makes a silly noise like when you wheel spin in a muti story carpark

   like a clicking or knocking if so it sounds like cv joint

   the tyres maybe
   altenator belt but would do it all the time not just tuning

   are you sure its not just where the floor is painted in the multi-story car park?
   
   we've got one near us that has now put signs up because everyones tyres make so much noise on the floor/paint. gets worse in there when its wet as well
