   About to de wiper my car as the plu kit has jsut come.
   
   tell me its easy, i dont fancy been in the snow for long....

   take a saw to it...its the easiest method. mine was seized anyway but i was gonna take the saw to it either way.

   13mm nuts 1 on the wiper 2 or 3 on the motor
   
   be carefull not to smash the glass

   do i need anything then?
   
   just been out for a tug and wiggle. am i taking the bit attached to the window, or the goorvy bit, what about the wires inside...

   Remove the nut on the wiper arm
   
   Take off the inside plastic panel from the boot & disconnect the wiring plug to the motor.
   
   Spray plenty of WD40 onto the spline that the wiper arm sits on (this is the hard bit to get off- leave the 3 bolts done up on the wiper motor until uve removed this arm, this should give a bit more support to the glass)
   
   Once the arm is off unto the 3 bolts on the wiper motor
   
   Then gently pull the motor and spindle back through your boot so its clear from the glass
   
   then fit the pug de wiper kit or a gromet and make sure that its sealed well
   
   Thats about it As said before though make sure the arm is lubed up on the spindle as this easily seizes
