....Right, got everything off, measured the drop, pulled the bar out...
Now cant get the washer back in by the torsion bar!
HELP!!!

knock the bar in a tiny bit furhter as its might not be fulled recessed, the washers are tight to get back in and its alot of fiddling about but it will do in the end

Was pretty easy in the end....wasn't seized!
Not bad for a 9 yr old car, just used the method steve suggested with the bolt and socket.
Going to book the front in today, will try to get some pics up later but this is a before shot.....(and before most of my mods)
