   lol seriously though, they will usually squeek when you brake, as the pad has worn away and you get the metal on metal sound!

   just my brakes dont seem to be all that great and im not getting the usual signs! they have only done 3500 miles since they were put on!

   3500 is nothing really mate, they should still be fine! what pads do you have?

   you have alloys meaning you can see what is going on.
   
   examine the 'lip' on the brake disk, a big lip indicated wear.
   if you cant see your brake pads take a wheel of and see how much pad is left.
   
   if your brakes are still quite new consider new brake fluid and bleeding the system !

   Mi rear disks and pads got done last week, I could tell cos my car wouldnt stop,kept having to roll to a stop.

    they are standard saxo brakes i guess, they are crap no matter what lol
