Need to swap my clutch. doh!!

   Hi there people. i have just bought my VTR but it needs a clutch doing as the thrust brg. is making noise.
   
   Does any one know if there is anywhere online with step by step instructions on how to do it.
   
   I know it will be in the haynes but i was hoping that i would not have to buy one unless i had too.
   
   Thanx and go easy om new in these parts.

   my vts has been stood 4 a while... 1st gear judders at around 2500rpm, do you think if it gets a long run clutch plates would eventually get loose?
